Our take on a classic recipe. Our chicken is seasoned with the spices of old Delhi and then fried to a golden perfection. We serve our fried chicken with homemade pickles, crunchy greens, and mint & coriander pesto for extra flavor and a unique twist.

Prism of Carrot & Moong Dal Halwa
For this unique dessert, rich and delicious carrot and moong dal halwa is made in Indian clarified butter with cashews, pistachios, and almonds, and is flavored with saffron and green cardamom. The nutty, sweet taste makes for a dessert everyone can enjoy.
Our char-grilled tender New Zealand lamb chops are rubbed with garam masala, a special ‘Rogan Josh’ glaze, bourbon flambéd, and paired with pickled onions, slow roasted garlic baby potatoes, and a mint & pomegranate dip to create an absolutely incredible flavor.
